Heather Schroeder, CVT

Heather Schroeder is a Certified Veterinary Technician and Fear Free(SM) Certified Professional currently working in a small animal practice in Phoenix, AZ. She graduated from the Penn Foster College veterinary technician program with honors, and has been utilizing Fear Free techniques since receiving her certification in 2016. She holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from University of Phoenix, and has experience in post-secondary education, sales, client service, and services for the hard of hearing. Heather combines her years of education with her passion for teaching to help expand the knowledge, recognition, and management of fear, anxiety, and stress in cats and dogs for your entire staff.



Cancellation Policy: Cancellations before 4-16-18 will receive refunds in full. No-shows or cancellations received after 4-16-18 will be charged the full amount.

Late Registration Policy: Registrations received on or after April 23, 2018 will be charged a $20 late registration processing fee.
