Certificate Program Overview
AWARD WINNING PROGRAM!
Voted 2016’s Best in the Business
by Veterinary Medical Association Executives
All veterinary teams will benefit from attending this innovative and engaging program in professional training, enhancing job satisfaction, client services and patient experience.
We have designed this Certificate Program with all veterinary staff in mind. There will be manager components (12 CVPM CE hours) and staff/team member components (8 CE hours). Prior to attending sessions there are activities designed to enhance and maximize the face-to-face sessions. These required assignments are essential to understanding session content. Time spent completing assignments will earn participants additional CE credits.
Managers will meet separately on Wednesday, May 17, 2017. The following day, both Managers and Team Members will meet collaboratively on Thursday, May 18, 2017. These sessions will be followed with four monthly webcast sessions from June thru September 2017. After completion of the face-to-face and webcast sessions, participants will be invited to a Certificate Ceremony during VHCTAz' Annual Health Care Team Celebration held at the Phoenix Zoo's Stone House Pavilion on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 pm (followed by Zoo Lights).
NEW FEATURE! Each attendee with be provided with an organized binder that contains all materials!
